All of our cottages are equipped with secure internet access capable of streaming to most wifi enabled devices.

Historic Holiday Cottages in Easington Village, East Durham
The safety of our guests and staff are of paramount importance to us. To try and ensure the safety of all we have completed a Covid 19 risk assessment and put in place a new cleaning regime and protocols as per government and PASC guidelines.
As a result we have been awarded the Good to Go accreditation from Visit England.Prior to each stay we thoroughly clean and sanitise the property.
Soft furnishing which cannot be removed (ie sofas) will be treated with disinfectant spray.
We have reduced the number of items within the cottages, for example throws, scatter cushions, pamphlets and toys.
Hand wash and sanitisers will be available in all cottages.
Check in is now contactless. Each cottage has its own key safe.
Due to the extra time now taken to complete a changeover we are asking guests to arrive no earlier than 4pm and to leave no later than 9am day of departure.
We apologise for the inconvenience, however the extra time is essential to enable a full and thorough cleaning and sanitising of the cottages to be completed.
